Step four: Plating

Application of external films completes the assembly process. These films are applied in our thin-film evaporator using a four-pocket electron beam gun. Continuous rotation of the substrates during evaporation ensures that all possible angles are exposed to the evaporant. This helps us to achieve excellent adhesion as well as very low film resistance.
